As the weather gets warmer in southern Wisconsin it’s time to start a new tradition among the virtualization professionals in the Madison area: our own vBeers. Join us at the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Memorial Union Terrace (or Rathskeller, just inside the building, if this beautiful weather doesn’t hold) for some beer, Babcock ice cream, and hopefully some burgers & bratwurst from the outdoor grill.
RSVP isn’t required, but if you let Bob Plankers (@plankers or email@example.com) know you’re coming we can attempt to secure enough space, and also let you know where we are. We’ll be heading down early to beat the students if it’s nice out, and likely have some sort of sign, flag, or balloon. There is guest WiFi available so feel free to bring your devices.
Pro tip: If you are not a Wisconsin Union member or affiliated with the University please come find us before purchasing beer.
